Reasonable prices but bike provided for cycle along Elbe River was not well tuned. Gears kept slipping and jumping. Pedals were slippery with Merrell hiking shoes. Front shock absorbers not effective. Brought bike back 2 days early and refund refused. Not recommended, would look elsewhere for long bicycle trip.

The chap was extremely helpful, providing a free bottle of water, advice about where to ride, where to get refreshments, sights to see, and was relaxed about when I would get back. He made hiring a bike a very pleasant experience, and seemed genuinely keen for me to have a good ride. There was quite a range of bikes and features available, and he helped me have the size and seat placement correct. I chose a cheaper option, so the bike was a bit creaky, but that was no problem. The ride was great, views spectacular and free coffee afterward was great! Nice to find a generous business. Thanks!

Great staff. We got there just after 17:00 and he still rented us the bikes. We have been using them all day. Great service and decent bikes. The bikes could use a service though. My friends bikes chain falls off every now and then. My bikes back back just works. Other than that it’s awesome. You get water with every bike rental and a free coffee from a very nice coffee shop down the road. Highly recommend.

Super friendly guy serving. My friends bike broke up the street and needed a new nut to hold the front guard on.. he found me one and have it to me free of charge! Really nice.. thanks. Also, I worked in a bike store for many years and know what well maintained bikes look like, and these are a perfect example.

Very nice experience! Renting a bike here is comparable cheap and the service is super friendly, open and helpful! The bikes are perfect in order and if you book the bikes via the web, you can get discount as well. All the best to the Greenbike team!

I have rented here many times over years. Jens is fantastic. Always very helpful with suggestions. Excellent bikes and very good price. Highly recommend biking along the Elbe, Biergartens and lots of sights to take in

Excellent bikes in top condition. Low prices and a bottle of water for free. Very kind and helpful staff. If you live in one of the hotels near the Frauenkirche (Altstand), you should consider a bike instead of a car. Lot of places are far to walk, but very easy to reach by bike (e.g., all the of nice cafes along the Elbe).
